We are currently seeking an amazing Beauty Brand Representative to join our ranks. 

As one of Australia's leading skincare brands, our award winning products have a cult following world wide. Our company is based on the Gold Coast and we are seeking a part time new team member in NSW. 

We are looking for a Beauty Advisor Sales Consultant to promote sales and supervise product displays in various department stores in Sydney and the surrounding areas. 

To ensure success, we are looking for an experienced, confident and creative Beauty therapist with sales experience to join our team.

This is a casual position to work from 18 to 35 hours a week. The role implicates visit different Department stores to perform sales, ensure merchandise is impeccably displayed and build relationship with the department stores' floor staff. This work position is mainly to work during weekdays. We will provide professional training and competitive hourly rate to the right candidate.

To be considered for this position, candidates will ideally have:

·         Diploma in Beauty Therapy.

·         Selling experience in department stores is highly desirable.

·         A vibrant personality and excellent communication skills.

·         Professional with mature attitude.

·         Energy and drive for selling and ensuring a great customer experience.

·         Ability to deliver on and exceed set KPI's and targets.

·         Must hold a current driver license and own car.

Our company is based in Helensvale, on the sunny Gold Coast, we have a wonderful team of young creatives and are currently looking to expand our design team to include a talented part-time Wesbite and Graphic Designer. 

Job tasks and responsibilities

Working closely with the marketing team to facilitate all product and brand changes online
CRM administration involving managing and organising our website and mobile app
Managing the Alpha-H website for updates and changes
Increasing our SEO on various sites
Creating on-brand imagery to be featured online
Assisting our Graphic Designers in creating imagery for POS 

Skills and experience

1-3 years' experience working in either a digital or ecommerce environments
Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript
Front end UI/UX
Extensive experience in the Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop, Illustrator etc.)
Degree qualified in a relevant field (e.g. commerce and/or graphic design)
Experience using Kentico or another major content management system
Able to prioritise your workload and work well in a team to adapt to the change of business requirements
Good eye for detail and good organisational skills
The ability to multi-task in our fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
