PRESS PAUSE ON AGEING - Exfoliation

ARE YOU WALKING AROUND WITH A LAYER OF DEAD SKIN ON YOUR FACE?

Exfoliation.  Something that scared me for so long!  I would occasionally scrub with a nice homemade sugar scrub on my face but
little did I realise how incredible my skin could feel with something a little more regular in my beauty routine.

I used to be very up and down with my skincare.  So when I first discovered Alpha H and fell in love with their philosophy, I was ready to learn as much as I could on how to press pause on ageing!
And now I'm thrilled to be sharing their new campaign with you and my fave products!

What I love about the Gentle Daily Exfoliant that they sent me a little while ago was that I could actually use it daily!  Each morning I would take it with me in the shower, pour some in my hands, add water and give my face a really gentle scrub that didn’t feel abrasive or leave my skin red and irritated.

The scrub contains absolutely no synthetic or artificial ingredients, which is the number one reason I’m such a fan of Alpha H.  It was created using water activated fruit enzymes derived from papaya and the skin and leaves of pineapple, how cool is that?

When I first started using it, I would occasionally mix some with my cleanser to create a nice exfoliating wash.  Using an exfoliant every day has actually left my skin feeling smoother, I have way less blackheads and my absolute favourite part is not having a bright red face after using it.  So once I’m out of the shower in the morning, if I’m wearing make up, it has a good surface to glide onto and if I’m not, I don’t have to worry about looking red and blotchy for most of the day!
