The new bohemian - the 70's are back

The seventies have once again influenced our wardrobes and beauty bags. The most beautiful, lightweight dresses dominate the catwalks, while a fuss free modern spin on bohemian style offers an ultra-feminine and romantic look in beauty that we can’t wait to get stuck into.

On the fashion front, it’s all about a variety of different prints from vivid paisleys and florals, to the more romantic crochet and lace options.  Gucci, Chloe, Louis Vuitton, Pucci – all looked to the 1970s for inspiration this season.

The key beauty trends by day are to keep your hair and makeup looking as natural as possible. Think air-dried hair parted down the middle, and unkept brows. Wear minimal makeup focusing on sun-kissed cheeks.

Hair is full of natural texture in keeping with the free spirit of the seventies or add some bohemian waves for on-point style - you'll want the bends to start at the mid-lengths keeping volume through the mid-section onwards. The modern take infuses a slightly more distressed look.

By night, add a little edge to your look with smudged charcoal eyes and a soft nude lip. Textures tresses and a slightly disheveled look add to the carefree look. Take cue from Tom Ford’s Spring 2015 runway show:
