Meet Aleena! Aleena was chosen to trial our new Clear Skin Blemish Control Mask. We asked each of our testers to take four photos and give us an honest review of their experience. This first image is of Aleena bare-faced, prior to applying the mask.

Using the mask:
The first thing I noticed and loved was the consistency. It is thin and easy to apply on the face. Not thick and gluggy like other clay masks can be.
The mask has a nice and fresh Eucalyptus fragrance. It can be overpowering at first but you don’t notice it after a minute or two.
Immediately after applying this mask I felt the cooling effect. It was really enjoyable and refreshing.
The mask dried transparent and didn’t flake off with facial movements. Yay!
The product is easy to remove with face cloth. No scrubbing needed which is such a nice change.

After the mask:
My skin was left soft, supple and not dried out. It felt clean and moisturised. Some masks by other brands can absorb too much oil and/or add too much oil to the face. This is the first mask I have used that is really well balanced!
My skin was left mattified and my pores were less visible, especially on the bridge of my nose. This really impressed me!
Later in the day:
My pimples appeared smoother after half a day and my pores still remained less visible. My makeup applied beautifully! This mask helped prep my skin for flawless makeup application. What a lovely perk!

The following day:
When I first looked at my face in the morning I noticed a significant improvement in regards to my pimples. They looked like they had healed a bit faster than normal and were not as aggravated. My skin looked brighter and felt smoother.
Overall:
I am really impressed with this mask. It did everything it was advertised to do and more. I will definitely continue using it!

After receiving Aleena’s initial thoughts (which we were very excited about!), we asked her to keep us posted over the coming week. Here is her follow-up.
As requested I have continued to use the Blemish Control Mask over the last week. I have used it 4 times as both a 10 minute mask and as a spot overnight mask. During this time I have noticed a significant difference with my sebum production and blemishes. My sebum has been reduced and my blemishes are healing much faster. This mask definitely draws all the goobies to the surface of the skin but heals it quickly as well. My blackheads are reduced and my pores seem smaller.
