Routine to Target Uneven Tone and Pigmentation

Hyperpigmentation is a condition which causes uneven skin tone. It is most commonly caused by overexposure to the sun, but its origins can also be traced to other types of skin trauma including breakouts and even stimulated by hormonal fluctuation. Luckily, Alpha-H has devised the perfect weekly routine to help minimise the appearance of, and protect against, this common skin affliction.

Every Morning

Start with Balancing Cleanser to restore your skin to its ideal pH

Follow with Liquid Gold Firming Eye Cream to help reduce any under-eye puffiness, dark circles and pigmentation

Target pigmentation with Vitamin C, which can reduce the appearance of existing pigmentation and help prevent further pigmentation thanks to its ability to inhibit melanin production

Finish with Daily Essential Moisturiser SPF50+, a vital step to help prevent further pigmentation

Monday, Wednesday and Friday Evening

Double Cleanse with Melting Moment Cleansing Balm, followed by Balancing Cleanser

Apply Liquid Gold Firming Eye Cream

Finish with Liquid Gold, our cult chemical exfoliant which may help to encourage fresh, new and un-pigmented cells to move to the surface of the skin. Please note that if using Liquid Gold, it is vital to use SPF the following day, otherwise fresh skin will attract pigmentation too

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday Evening

Double Cleanse with Melting Moment Cleansing Balm, followed by Balancing Cleanser

Apply Liquid Gold Firming Eye Cream

Support skin renewal with Vitamin A Serum

Finish with either Liquid Gold 24 Hour Moisture Repair Cream or Essential Hydration Cream (if you’re a little more sensitive).
