How long does despatch take?

Standard delivery: Orders placed Monday to Thursday will be processed the next working day. Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

During sale periods please allow additional days for the processing of your order.

Express delivery: Orders must be placed prior to 2pm AEST Monday to Thursday, and are subject to the Express Post Guarantee. Orders placed after this will be processed and despatched the next business day.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number.

If you can’t find the email with your tracking number, please get in touch with our customer care team via live chat or the Contact Us form. 

Can I return my items?

If you have changed your mind and the product is unopened, you may return products purchased on Alpha-H.com to us for a full refund.

My order was delivered but I can’t find it

We’re sorry to hear that you cannot locate your Alpha-H package!  

If your order has been marked as delivered but you cannot find it, we suggest checking with everyone in your home to ensure someone did not collect it for you, or if the postman has hidden it somewhere outside your home. We often find that this is simply the case. 

We also advise double-checking your mailbox and other areas around your home to see whether your local courier had left a card for collection anywhere, or contacting your local post office with your tracking information and contact details to see whether they may be able to assist you further.  

If you still cannot find your order, we suggest launching a customer enquiry with the courier of your region to see if they can assist further with locating your order.

Lost, missing and stolen orders

We’re sorry to hear your order might be lost or missing!  

Once orders have been dispatched from the Alpha-H warehouse, it is with the responsibility of the courier to deliver Alpha-H orders to our customers, and the customer to manage order tracking via the tracking link provided in the shipping notification email.  

If you suspect your order is lost in transit or parcel theft, we ask that customers contact the courier for your order and file a claim for your package. 

  

To file a claim, please complete the missing item form on the Australia Post website here.

International tax & duties

If you are ordering internationally from the Australian Alpha-H website, your order may be subject to additional tax and duties fees.
