I was so excited to finally purchase this sunscreen after trying it from a friend. I absolutely loved the previous formula. The texture was beautiful, it felt hydrating, and the consistency was perfect. I have very sensitive skin and usually react to skincare products, but this sunscreen worked wonderfully for me without causing any irritation. I was genuinely happy to have finally found a sunscreen I loved.

Unfortunately, by the time I placed my order, the formula had already been changed to the new Hydrosella version. I was really disappointed when I tried it. The new formula is much more liquid, and personally, I don’t enjoy watery sunscreens. It doesn’t provide the same pleasant application or feel on the skin as the original.

To make matters worse, the product size has been reduced while the price has increased. From a customer’s perspective, it feels like we’re paying more for less, and the thinner consistency gives the impression that cost-saving may have been prioritized over maintaining the quality that made the original formula so special.

I’m genuinely disappointed because I was looking forward to repurchasing a product I had fallen in love with. I sincerely hope you consider bringing back the previous formula, as it was exceptional and offered a much better overall experience.
