If you require delivery of your product prior to Christmas 2019, please place your order by the following dates:
Standard post – Friday December 13
Express post – Tuesday December 17
Courier service – Friday December 13
Holiday shutdown 2019
To ensure your order is dispatched prior to our holiday closure, please be sure to place your order by Thursday December 19, 2019.
Our global head office will close from 2.30pm AEST on Friday December 20, 2019 and re-opens Monday January 6, 2020. Any orders placed during this time will not be processed until we return in 2020.

Standard orders placed Monday to Thursday will be processed the next working day. Any order placed after 11am on Friday will be processed the following Monday. We do not ship on weekends.
To qualify for express delivery, your order must be placed prior to 2pm AEST Monday to Thursday, and is subject to the Express Post Guarantee. If placed past this timeframe, your order will be processed the next business day (e.g. orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday).

How long will it take for my order to get to me?
For delivery within Australia –
- The delivery times estimated within your chosen delivery option are from the time the parcel is dispatched, not from the time you place your order.
- To gauge the exact timeframe your order is expected, please use the Australia Post delivery calculator here. We ship from Gold Coast (4212).
For delivery outside of Australia –
- FedEx estimates are as stated in the delivery options.
Any other details I should consider when confirming my delivery?
Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel can not be intercepted.
All orders are sent with an authority to leave (if safe to do so). If you would prefer to sign for your parcel on delivery, please notify us within the ‘Order Notes’ section at the time of checkout under Billing & Shipping Address.
If a parcel has been signed and accepted on delivery, Alpha-H will not take responsibility if the signee is fraudulent or not you.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
I am in Australia and my parcel still hasn't arrived
Track your parcel to see where it is first.
All unattended addresses at time of delivery will be left in a safe place, unless when requiring a signature or it is safe to do so. In the event the parcel hasn’t been left, a call card will be left for pick up from your nearest Australia Post. You will require ID to pick up.
Didn’t get a call card? Sometimes the postie forgets to leave one (annoying right!). Be sure to check your local post office or mail centre to see if they are holding it there for you. You will require ID also.
