Where does it go in my routine? In the morning, apply Firming Peptide Body Oil to clean skin, or after Daily Dose Multivitamin Body Serum, and before SPF. At night, apply to clean skin, preferably straight after the shower, or on top of Retinol Reboot Exfoliating Body Treatment.
Where should I use it? Firming Peptide Body Oil is suitable for use on all areas of the body. We recommend paying particular attention to areas experiencing dryness, lines or wrinkles.
How much do I need? Approximately half a teaspoon per limb or body area.
How often should I use it? Once or twice daily, as Peptides are most effective with cumulative use.

Massage Firming Peptide Body Oil into clean, damp skin, paying particular attention to areas you would like to nourish, smooth and firm.
Always follow with SPF if applying in the morning. Peptides are most effective with cumulative use and can be applied daily; morning and/or night.

1. Upon unboxing, flatten the cardboard packaging to place in the recycling bin.

Love this. I sleep on my side, have forever and I really do have wrinkles because of it that I do not want. Also recently the skin on my neck has started to go a bit crepey. So this body oil, already making a difference. Noticeable improvement in the appearance in the fine lines. A little goes a long way and I'm trying it on my belly too to see if it will help firm up that skin. As usual, love AlphaH.

Just once.....just for once I wish products actually did what they say.
I find the pictures of before and after hard to believe after using this oil and had no such results. Makes skin soft and hydrated but that's it.

First time use of this lovely peptide body oil and I have been using for just under 2 weeks. At 63 I have quite dry skin on my legs and also the dreaded crepey middle aged skin on the top of my arms. Skin certainly feels more moisturised and glowy. The oil is quite rich so a little goes a long way. Just wish they sold it in bigger bottles!
