How much do I need? Start small. Daily Dose is a serum formulation, it is more concentrated that a traditional moisturiser with more slip. A coin sized amount per body part is a good place to start.
How often should I use it? Once per day is enough to see results from the active ingredients but it is safe to use more regularly should you feel your skin needs more hydration support.

Retinol Reboot Exfoliating Body Treatment is a PM-only treatment that contains high levels of exfoliating and rejuvenating active ingredients to firm, smooth and reduce redness on body skin, particularly the neck, décolletage and for Keratosis Pilaris. Retinol Reboot should only be used up to 3 nights per week due to its powerful formula.
Daily Dose is an everyday body serum best applied in the morning that contains antioxidant and intensely hydrating active ingredients to brighten, tone, hydrate and protect body skin all over. I am not one for before/after pics and it has taken me a while to get into a routine as I am not great at self care! This product has made a difference though, well to the self care at least. It goes on easily and is absorbed quickly. It feels like a little goes along way. As it is a serum consistency I am finding it abit messy, maybe I am just abit awkward with trying to get the lid back on before it escapes! Overall though I am happy with the results.

I’ve been using this product daily as directed for 6 weeks now, but unfortunately, I haven’t noticed any visible improvement in my skin. The texture is sticky, and the tube design is less practical and convenient compared to other Alpha-H products. It tends to leak around the lid, wasting product and causing a mess. Overall, I found this product disappointing and not worth the investment.
