AlphaCollective LOYALTY Gifting Full Terms & Conditions

1. The Promotion
This promotion ("Loyalty Level Gifts/Member Gifting Week") is open to Alpha Collective members in that market who meet the eligibility and redemption conditions below.
 
2. Promotion Period
The promotion runs from 8am 12 October 2026 to 11.59pm 19 October 2026 or while stocks last. Orders placed outside this window are not eligible. The Promoter may vary these dates; any change will be reflected on this page.
 
3. Eligibility
You must be an Alpha Collective member at the time your qualifying order is placed. Membership is free, customers who are not yet members can join via their account or at checkout before completing a qualifying order. One Alpha Collective account per person. Alpha-H may disqualify accounts it reasonably believes are duplicated, fraudulent or created solely to claim multiple gifts.
 
4. How to redeem
Log in to your Alpha Collective account.
Add $60 or more (after discounts) of eligible product to your cart in a single order, excluding discounts, shipping and gift cards.
Your free gift is added automatically at checkout, matched to your Alpha Collective level at the time of order. No code is required.
Non-members follow the same steps after joining Alpha Collective.
 
5. Qualifying spend
The $60 threshold is calculated on the value of eligible products in your cart after discounts and excludes shipping, gift cards, and the value of the free gift itself. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
 
6. The gift
The gift you receive depends on your Alpha Collective level at the time of your qualifying order and is subject to availability: 

 
Gifts are limited to available stock. If a level's gift sells out during the promotion, Alpha-H may end the gift offer for that level for the remainder of the promotion period. Members at that level will not receive a substitute gift; orders placed after that point will not include a free gift, but remain otherwise unaffected. Offers for other levels continue as normal.
Limit of one gift per customer across the promotion period. The gift has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged for a different product, or transferred.
 
7. Returns and cancellations
If a qualifying order is returned or cancelled such that it no longer meets the $60 threshold, the gift must also be returned, or its retail value may be deducted from any refund.
The gift itself is not separately returnable for a refund, as it was provided at no cost, unless damaged or faulty.
 
8. General
Alpha-H reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time, including due to unforeseen circumstances, without liability, to the extent permitted by law.
This promotion is separate from, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights.
