But why does the pH matter?

You might be used to looking at the concentration (%) of Glycolic Acid in a product, but that's only part of the story. Glycolic Acid needs to be in its most active form to penetrate the skin's oily outer surface (the stratum corneum). The lower the pH, the more active the Glycolic Acid and the more effectively it can penetrate the skin. Liquid Gold's low-pH delivery system is why you may feel a slight tingle on application.

How to Use

1. Application: For best results, after cleansing, saturate a cotton pad and sweep Liquid Gold over face, neck, and décolletage, avoiding eyes and delicate areas. Alternatively, dispense into palms and press directly onto skin.
