Apply exfoliant to freshly cleansed skin. Using soft, circular movements, massage over the face, neck, décolletage and/or body, avoiding the delicate eye area.
For deeper exfoliation, leave on the skin for one minute prior to removing with a warm, damp face cloth.
Our tubes and bottles all contain 30 – 35% Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) material. Beyond this, Alpha-H’s tubes, bottles and cardboard packaging are all 100% recyclable.
1. Upon unboxing, flatten the cardboard packaging to place in the recycling bin.
2. Once you finish the tube, separate the lid from the tube. Cut the tube open and rinse. Recycle everything.

I've been looking for a good micro scrub for some time and I took the opportunity to purchase this product when it was on sale. I've been using Alpha-H liquid gold for a while now, but the Micro Scrub is a game changer for me and I incorporate it in my daily shower routine after cleansing with the Melting Moment Cleanser (another amazing product). I have dry and dehydrated skin (mid 40's) and my skin feels smoother and fresher and younger - and this after just 2 weeks of daily use. I wish I had found this years ago.
